The vault is a difficult technical event that takes time and repetition to learn. Consistency is key, and a commitment is necessary to reap the full benefits Vertical Assault has to offer. While Vertical Assault generally discourages pay-as-you-come or drop in vaulters, if your schedule does not allow for a full seasonal commitment, or if you are just looking to check out the training environment and coaching, then a drop in class is for you.   We offer drop-in lessons on an as-available basis.
